All initial appointments last about 1 hour and are held on the phone or online. Before each consult a form will be provided to the pet owner. This form must be completed before the appointment. The cost of each consult includes the 1 hour initial consult including two follow up calls or visits. Residents of Naples, FL (Winter) and areas south of Denver (spring, summer, fall) may request an in home visit, subject to availability.
