Custom nutrition for long term illness

Service Description

Consultation will take place on the phone, video chat or through email. You as the pet owner will complete a brief survey before the consultation so we can get to know your pet and their issues better. A plan will be developed based on the survey, information gathered from the treating veterinarian and during the consultation. We will work closely with your veterinarian along with our own veterinarian to make sure the recommendations complement the treatment that is administered. Includes initial consultation and two follow up calls. Additional consults will be billed at $75 an hour.
